“CE”標(biāo)志是一種安全認(rèn)證標(biāo)志，被視為制造商打開(kāi)并進(jìn)入歐洲市場(chǎng)的護(hù)照。CE代表歐洲統(tǒng)一（CONFORMITE EUROPEENNE）。
在歐盟市場(chǎng)“CE”標(biāo)志屬?gòu)?qiáng)制性認(rèn)證標(biāo)志，不論是歐盟內(nèi)部企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品，還是其他國(guó)家生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品，要想在歐盟市場(chǎng)上自由流通，就必須加貼“CE”標(biāo)志，以表明產(chǎn)品符合歐盟《技術(shù)協(xié)調(diào)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化新方法》指令的基本要求。這是歐盟法律對(duì)產(chǎn)品提出的一種強(qiáng)制性要求。
垃圾壓實(shí)機(jī)是一種用于垃圾處理的大型靜碾壓實(shí)機(jī)械，是城市垃圾衛(wèi)生填埋場(chǎng)壓實(shí)設(shè)備，是一種用來(lái)提高填埋場(chǎng)垃圾庫(kù)存容量，實(shí)現(xiàn)衛(wèi)生填埋的專用工程機(jī)械，是現(xiàn)代城市垃圾衛(wèi)生填埋場(chǎng)的重要設(shè)備，具有對(duì)垃圾推平、擠碎、壓實(shí)的功能，有利于節(jié)約土地、保護(hù)環(huán)境，延長(zhǎng)填埋場(chǎng)的使用壽命。

EN 474-11:2006+A1:2008適用范圍：
This part of EN 474 deals with all significant hazards, hazardous situations and events relevant to earth and landfill compactors as defined in EN ISO 6165:2006, when they are used as intended and under conditions of misuse which are reasonably foreseeable by the manufacturer (see Clause 4). Other compactors such as roller compactors, rammer compactors and vibratory plates, which are dealt with in EN 500-1:2006 and EN 500-4:2006 are not covered in EN 474. The requirements of this part are complementary to the common requirements formulated in EN 474-1:2006. This part does not repeat the requirements from EN 474-1:2006, but adds or replaces the requirements for application for earth and landfill compactors.
